The Flooring Resource has spent more than thirty years doing one thing: stocking the flooring Central Florida actually buys, and making it available the same day you walk in. Tru-Stone SPC, ROKplank waterproof vinyl, Parkay laminate, Shaw carpet, Florim porcelain — not on order from a warehouse three states away, but in our building on Silver Star Road.
Owner Rich Etscorn built the business around a simple idea: a flooring store that can serve a homeowner doing one room, a contractor with a job site to stock, and a hotel sourcing for a full-property refresh — all on the same day, all from the same floor. We're a CFHLA proud member and a regular partner to Central Florida hospitality teams.
We're not a big-box. We're not a catalog. We're a stocked showroom run by people who have spent careers in flooring — and we keep our hours friendly to the trade (open at 7 AM weekdays) because that's when our contractors are working.
